Our roast masters recommend keeping your coffee in the bag in which it is shipped if you do not have an airtight container. Store the coffee in a cool dry place like a cabinet away from moisture, heat, and light to ensure freshness and optimal flavor. Avoid storing it in a refrigerator or freezer as this can lead to condensation on the beans.  If you prefer, keep your coffee in an opaque airtight container on the counter while avoiding locations that get warm from the stove or heated from the sun.
