1. Your best chance for removing coffee stains is while they are still wet. Blot the stain with a paper towel or cloth to remove the excess liquid and then rinse in cold water.
  2. With stubborn coffee stain try adding a small amount of laundry detergent, rub it on, let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse.
  3. White vinegar, water, and detergent may be mixed into a paste and rubbed on the stain. Scrub the stain and then completely rinse out the fabric. Note that this method may cause discoloration in some clothing, so check the clothing label or test on an inconspicuous part of the fabric first.
