1. Your coffee will be shipped within 2 days of roasting and quality control checks barring any unforeseen circumstances from our roast masters in Westchester, NY. Shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Wise Moose Grinds is not responsible for packages once they leave the facility and we do not guarantee arrival times as transportation has been erratic at best.
  2. Please double check the shipping address you provide with your order to avoid lost or misplaced orders. Wise Moose Grinds is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.
  3. All shipping is generally conducted via the United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS), but we reserve the right to use other carriers as needed. We are closed during all major holidays to include New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any order received immediately prior or during these holidays will be roasted and shipped on the next working day.
  4. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship. If you do not receive this email please contact us.
  5. We do ship to military bases and APO addresses. Please let us know if you are having difficulty getting the system to accept the location and will trouble shoot it for you.
